| Tennie was born Virginia Tennessee Perrin on January 22, 1879 in Franklin County, Texas to James Edward (Jim E.) and Maleta Stephens Perrin. She married Hermann Meyer on January 31, 1900 in Houston, Texas. They had 3 children; Edward Jacob, Clarence Elliott, and Dearleas. Herman died in 1909. Tennie married Bennie Ellis on July 27, 1909 in Harris County, Texas. They had 2 children; Rudolph Aubrey and Myrtle Mae. Tennie and Bennie are buried at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, Texas, next to Tennie's son Clarence. We do not know where Hermann is buried or his exact death date. |
